The counterpart to Pam, it's Karen Filippelli of The Office, played by Rashida Jones.
I did a blog post earlier tonight about this piece because it's the inaugural attempt at a new coloring technique that I'll probably start using for my comics. The blog details what I'm doing differently than before, and shows the very beginning of what I got shaded.
I'm very happy with how this turned out. The background was just sort of thrown together at the very end, as most of my abstract, graphical backgrounds are, so it's nothing too fancy.
I realized a little too late that Karen doesn't at any point have layered hair. It's always long and straight. So call it creative license.
Supposedly, Karen is appearing in season 5 at some point! I hope so, since she's one of my favorite characters.
It looks rather empty with the just the color when you submitted the WIP, but this is past satisfactory to me. I hope there is a time when we may chat about this if possible. Short on time now, I'll continue my comment again shortly.
Ew... I made some typos and messed up my tenses. God... I'm popular now, as my dad keeps calling me, meh... If you've time and maybe enough interest, add my msn if you can, maoikitteh@live.com, after you've done so, it'd be good if you deleted the comment with this information xD

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
