Colored version of Pam. I changed many things about her face as I colored, so she looks a lot more like Jenna Fischer now. I adjusted the shape of the eyes and brow, and raised the jawline a bit.

Her hair is also probably redder than you'll find in most official photos of Pam, but that's sort of the fault of the hair-shine highlights.

So the other day, I had the idea to do a collection of non-anime fanart in my style. I figure it'd help me out with the unfilled Illustration section of my portfolio website. So I made a list of all the TV shows and other non-anime media I like (musicals, American comics...) and the female characters therein. For I like to draw the pretty pretty girls.

So we'll start off with Pam Beesley of The Office, my favorite TV show, played by Jenna Fischer.

I started watching The Office on Instant Netflix around this time last year, and promptly became obsessed with it. I watched everything Netflix had, and all the episodes of Season 4 up to that point when BAM. WGA Writers' Strike.

So I was sadly denied any more Office until the strike was over. That's life for you.

But here's Pam. I'd like to do the rest of the ladies eventually, too. And possibly colored versions as well. ^_^
